Hi Laxman,

You can download the open data from various websites, as follows:

1. https://osm-boundaries.com/ - Create an account to access but will be able to download Delhi data directly.

2. https://download.geofabrik.de/asia/india.html - No account needed but will be able to download different datasets for Pan India and then you have to clip it for Delhi.

3. https://www.diva-gis.org/gdata - No account needed but will be able to download the road network for Pan India and then you have to clip it for Delhi
