Meteorological Department (IMD) APIs

Hi,

It looks like the Meteorological Department has some public APIs (https://mausam.imd.gov.in/imd_latest/contents/api.pdf). The document is silent on authorization etc.

Has anyone played with them already? If yes, is there a community resource, e.g., library, etc., that can access data via them?
