Village level map of Gujarat

Can anyone help me with the shapefile of Village level map of Gujarat or particularly Mehsana for doing analysis on QGIS.

Have you looked at the SOI website? Nowadays you can download Village Boundaries directly from there.

Heii,

I did checked in the SOI website but the maps are available in pdf format and the vector file costs a lot of money. I need the map for my college project, so I am seeking help here.

You might be looking at the wrong page.

If you go to the section for Village Boundary Database, you will see that they are free:
