Crosswalk between old Andhra Pradesh and Telengana districts?

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a crosswalk between old Andhra Pradesh districts and the Telengana ones?

I am using Census 2011 data for something, but how would one map the Andhra Pradesh data to Telengana areas?
