Looking for local bodies and panchayat election data

Hey all,

I am looking for candidate data for local bodies and panchayat elections in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar (potentially other states). Does anyone know where I can obtain this data? Any pointers would be really appreciated!

I found similar data for Telangana in State Election Commission website. 

Often the data is in PDFs, so you should be able to digitise it :)
