Govt GIS URLs

Hello,

I wrote a brief explainer on getting govt maps data from govt GIS URLs.

This write-up also includes the list of publicly available URLs.
So far, I know of Karnataka, Delhi, Mumbai and Telangana. TN is behind a login/password.

If you know of any other public REST URLs for other states/districts, please let me know, will add to the list.
