Dear Srinivas Kodali sir and datameet team

 I have few questions and assumptions regarding PFMS-UIDAI-NPCI. Request for suggestions and guidance 

1. PFMS website mentions that the 'first preference for DBT money transfer is through Aadhaar - Aadhaar based payment (ABP) 

And if fails, then DBT amount is transferred through bank account.

If that is the case then there should not be that many rejections in PM Kisan transfers especially Aadhaar based errors like 'In-Active Aadhaar' etc

As bank account details are already collected by department.

 The online application on PM Kisan portal also collects bank account details (I can share screenshot of PM kisan application)

- Aadhaar is mandatory for scheme enrolment but  I think 'Aadhaar based payment ABP' is not compulsory.

PFMS website also mentions the same. 

Is  PM kisan is only doing Aadhaar based payments even though bank account details are available. 

Need to check if any rejection reasons are bank account related 

On the other hand Nregs though transferred through PFMS is doing bank account transfer along with Aadhaar based payment. 

Does Nregs have less payments rejections compared to PM kisan. Why difference between Nregs payments mode and PM kisan mode

2. There were advertisements few years ago especially after note ban that money can be transferred to a Aadhaar number. BHIM app also had that function. Now I couldn't find this. 

I want to check 'Aadhaar bank account seeding status' by sending money to Aadhaar number. 

Can this be done to check seeding status? 

3. Similarly, much advertised 'USSD' system also doesn't seem to work. 

The codes for checking Aadhaar bank linkage status are returning errors.( *99*, *99*99#)

4. UIDAI Site is using 'Aadhaar - bank linkage' and 'Aadhaar - bank account seeding' interchangeably

5. Would people be getting pending payments of PM kisan once they resolve the issue (In active Aadhaar - bank account seeding issue). The installments which they missed due to any reasons especially at the transfer stage

Please correct my assumptions and suggest
