national occupation classification (NOC) 5-digit

Does any economic census, population census, or NSS dataset collect data on 5-digits of NOC. I am looking for population by sub-subdivision of occupations.

For example, using 2004 NOC Codes: I am able to find census tables by family of occupation (221 - Physicians and Surgeons, Allopathic). I want to know the population of 2221.10 (Physician, General), 2221.15 (Surgeon, General), 2221.30 (Psychiatrist) and s on

Last I had checked, the maximum most of the Indian surveys collected was 3 digit NOC codes. I haven't been able to find a survey that collects data on more than 3 digit codes.
