[Datameet] Groundwater Level Data

Hi,

I wanted to download groundwater level data for the Delhi-NCR region station-wise for the last 10 years. I am trying this WRIS source (http://tamcnhp.com/wris/#/groundWater) but I am not able to download cumulative numbers for the entire period. It only gives me numbers for a single year, that too for the whole district and not the specific stations.

Can anyone help?

Hi Fazil,

Looks like WRIS site is on a revamp mode and data download is all obscured by less useful graphics. Here is a link for the old site, hope you can download data district-wise from here:

Considering that this data might have short access time, it would be great if volunteers can download data for all States(till 2018) and make it available for all future users! Any takers? :)

Hope there is no any limitation on sharing this data, I have downloaded data for Karnataka, AndhraPradesh, Telangana, TamilNadu and Kerala. I can share it from a github site

It is the gov data but from the older version of INDIA-WRIS web portal. It is available until the new version is not coming online. As the new website is under construction so they didn't upload the data. For more information, you can visit http://tamcnhp.com/wris/#/ .

The link to the old version of the website works but the data there still seems incomplete when compared with the data you find on manual search for a particular district in beta version of the new website. For instance, you get data for 10 stations in the new website (which is not downloadable) whereas it's only for 8 stations in the file downloaded from the old website.
