Leads on Property Listings Data for Bengaluru

Hi everyone,

I’m a PhD student trying to source structured property listings data for urban Bengaluru. I’ve contacted major platforms like 99acres and MagicBricks but it's been slow going, so I’m reaching out to this community for leads or introductions.

I’m looking for datasets -- public, purchasable, or accessible through formal data-sharing agreements with my university -- that include:

1. Property details: listing ID, property type, size (sq. ft.), bedrooms, age, floor, amenities
2. Price: listed price, rental price (if available), posting date
3. Location: address or lat/long, neighborhood, city zone
4. Metadata: listing status (active/inactive), transaction type (sale/rent)

I’m also open to private valuation firms (e.g., Garuda Associates) that maintain such data for banks.

Any pointers or contacts would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking at similar data for Mumbai. I did come across a scraped dataset on Kaggle, you might want to check it out for Bengaluru too.
