NFHS-5 data

I've parsed the state and districts PDF files to CSVs, of recently released NFHS-5 data (phase-1) here https://github.com/pratapvardhan/NFHS-5

Currently, repo data is available for 311 districts, 21 states. (30 files need parsing or manual entry) Do recheck with source before using this data. Any help is appreciated in parsing 30 district files. :-)

This is wonderful work. I noticed that some district level data are missing. May be you want to re-check the status file.
