Data base of power plants in India (Vedas.sac.gov.in)

Dear all

I was exploring data on geospatial mapping of power infrastructure in India and stumbled upon a website developed by ISRO and NITI Aayog -  link https://vedas.sac.gov.in/energymap/view/powergis.jsp.

I was wondering if the base data of this website is also available. Request you to guide on how to extract the base data from this website. 

I am new to geospatial mapping so please excuse if this is a naive question.
