ULB wise projected population data

Hello everyone!

As part of my research work I am trying to find out latest urban local body wise population for all urban local bodies of Maharashtra. I am not able to find a suitable source beyond census 2011 data. The population projections by census office are at district level only and does not give ULB wise segregated data. 

Can someone help me to find out what could be the best source for this data?

I'm not 100% sure whether this will solve the problem, but the Facebook Population 2021 estimates module of the SHRUG dataset at the village/town level may be of some use to you, and it can be accessed here: https://devdatalab.org/shrug_download/
