Agriculture filed Boundary Detection using satellite imagery

Hello every one i am working on agriculture information system 

i want to extract the the agriculture field boundary using satellite image (sentinel)

Can any one help me on this topic ?  kindly suggest me for any software , tool or script.

You can do it using LULC masking. Classify agriculture lands and mask it. Then apply different convolution filters for edge detection.

Can you please give a bit more details, so that i could help you better.

• Which data sentinel data are you using Sentinel 2 optical data or Sentinel 1 SAR ?
  
• Do you need the boundary of the entire agricultural region or individual boundary of farms ?
• What is the cropping pattern of the region of Interest ?
• The level of accuracy you need ?
