Thanks for bringing this up. Is there any suggested group where there is already discussions over the document i could read up? 

It always seems daunting to give feedback as an individual, but seems more approachable if a group is giving structured feedback and i could add to it.

I don't think there are any existing discussions on this particular document, as it came middle of the election session. You can include comments you want to send about National Urban Innovation Stack, Open Data portals through this consultation too.
