Request for Economic Census Microdata in Excel/CSV/DTA Format

I'm currently working on a project that requires access to the Economic Census microdata. While I am aware that the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) provides datasets in .txt format through their Microdata Archive, and that the Development Data Lab offers harmonized versions via the SHRUG dataset, I am seeking versions of this data in more user-friendly formats such as Excel (.xlsx), CSV (.csv), or Stata (.dta) to streamline the analysis process.

If anyone has already converted these datasets or knows of a reliable source where the Economic Census microdata is available in these formats, I would greatly appreciate your guidance or assistance in accessing them.
