west bengal gram panchayat-wise village list

Hi, 

I'm trying to find gram panchayat-wise village list for west bengal. It's not in the 2011 or 2001 census for some reason, and I'm having a hard time finding it anywhere else. Just to be clear, I'm looking for data that shows which villages belong to certain GPs. I found this:  https://maps.princeton.edu/catalog/princeton-rr171z646 , which will hopefully give me what i need, but it requires a Princeton log-in (which i dont have). 

does anyone know where to obtain this data by any chance???
