Does anyone know how do I get Thalweg data particularly for Indian rivers.

Unsure if this has what you're looking for but this has some layers of base hydrology of last mile tributaries - https://bhuvan-app1.nrsc.gov.in/bhuvan2d/bhuvan/bhuvan2d.php

Under "map" select "base hydrology".

Thanks for replying.

This is not what I am looking for. I am expecting the x,y and z values. Thalweg is

a line connecting the lowest points of successive cross-sections along the course of a valley or river.
