Dear Group Members,

I am trying to study if demographics variables such as age, education, Experience, Gender influences their perception of CSR.
I have adopted 16 statements from previous studies and I did CFA and I'm left with 3 factors, but I am not able to understand how to do Path Analysis or Manova.

Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dear Prem
Plz save the construct score by using the option IMPUTE in AMOS or SmartPLS.
Then use the t-test or ANOVA in SPSS to check the effect of demo vars on the construct scores.
Best wishes
Neeraj

Dear Sir,

I am not sure if I am on the right track or not, please do correct  me If I'm doing anything wrong.

From many videos that I have gone through, it is suggested that I go for validity and reliability testing. And when I use the MasterValidty plugin, the value I get are as below

So sir should I work on this first or I can do as you had suggested.

Dear Prem
Since the AVE values are extremely small, I doubt whether you really have reflective constructs.
Plz watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXyZJCkHKQ4&list=PLzUJUtTJcj8TVU7OLhm5h0emd6ReWz_Uk&index=5 and write back whether your constructs are really reflective?
Best wishes
