Mukt Shabd Journal (MSJ) Publication has just published its latest issue at -http://shabdbooks.com/ .

Please confirm me whether this journal is in Ugc care list group - 1 journal or not..

It’s a cloned journal, do not publish with them.

Because originally it’s a Print Journal publishing in Marathi Language and also doesn’t have an EISSN to go for online publication.
