Respected Sir and Group Members
Is it necessary to select a marker variable from this paper, or can we select any variable as a marker variable that is not related to our study? Can we frame questions for marker variables on our own, or do we have to select them from previous studies?

It is not mandatory to select marker vars from this paper only
You may select any var but that var shd pass the the tests of validity and reliability, just like any other construct of your model. Additionally you must explain why there shd be no correlation between your marker var and your constructs of model

Sir we have to check validity and reliability of marker variable on dependent variable only or on all variables?

Generally, people use only one marker var (related to DV)
But if you've used more than one marker var, then you need to check the reliability and validity of every single construct if it is measured on the likert scale (may it be IDV, DV, Med, mod, Control Var or marker var)

Sir as in this video the market variable analysis has been done on the same model we have to check first reliability  and validity then bootstrap
But if we check the reliability  and validity our discriminant validity will came very high.

Technically marker var is unrelated with the rest of the vars of the study
If there is high correlation of this marker var with any other var then you shd change the marker var
