Dear group members,

I wanted to seek your guidance regarding the analysis and reporting of the control variables in my study. I have included work experience (divided into four groups) and managerial level (upper, middle, and junior) as control variables, and I am unsure about the correct way to analyse these in the PLS-SEM model and how they should be reported in the results section.

Could you please advise me on the appropriate approach for analysing these control variables and the best way to present their results in the manuscript?

Thank you for your time and guidance.

Thanks & regards

Please remember that modelling of control variables are like any other independent variables in the model.

Include the control variables by pointing an arrow towards the outcome variable in the model and run the analysis.

Hope it helps.
