Fake/Predatory/Cloned journals (More updates)

Dear All

Every day, I am getting emails and trying to reply and it was suggested that every week on Monday, I will share some names of the journals with you which are Fake/Predatory/Cloned.

Here are the two names with screenshots

1) Journal of Critical Reviews

It's a newly added journal in SCOPUS and has become predatory. You can see in the attachment the area is Biochemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology: General Biochemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology Pharmacology, Toxicology and Pharmaceutics: General Pharmacology, Toxicology and Pharmaceutics but they are publishing in all the area including Humanities, Social Sciences, so please beware of that they are under scanner in SCOPUS.

2) Journal of Talent Development and Excellence, it says that is is Web of Science Indexed but eventually, it is not.

There are around 100 journals which are Fake/Predatory/Cloned so you all need to be very careful.

There is one journal which says that it is UGC CARE List.

https://www.purakala.com/index.php/0971-2143, yes it is in UGC CARE LIST but it can not run a website as it has a Print ISSN, I have also attached the screenshot of that.

Next Monday, I will be updating you with more journals.

In 2019, for the first time in the history of the ABDC Journal Quality List, the number of journals removed from the list has exceeded the number added

First you need to check whether these 2 journals are UGC approved or not/SCOPUS indexed journals..

If they are not listed then you should not publish your research paper in these journals.
