Since you are studying leadership styles and employee happiness among teaching and non-teaching employees in higher education institutions of Jammu and Kashmir, the choice of sampling depends on your research design. You should adopt a mixed sampling approach only if your study uses both quantitative and qualitative methods (i.e., mixed methods research). If your study is purely quantitative (survey-based), then prefer probability sampling. It is best to use a mixed sampling strategy if your study involves both surveys and focus groups or interviews.
Respected Neeraj sirI am working on leadership styles and employee happiness. The population of the study comprises teaching and non-teaching employees working in higher education institutions of Jammu and Kashmir. Should I go with mixed sampling approach .please sir mention the methods.
