Respected Sir,

I sincerely thank you for your valuable videos on SEM, reliability analysis, data cleaning, and other research-related topics. By following your guidance and the step-by-step procedures explained in your videos, I was able to thoroughly learn, analyze, and successfully defend my thesis at Goa University on 10th February 2026.

During the defense, all the dignitaries and members of the expert panel appreciated my analysis, particularly the application of Mediation Analysis, MICOM with MGA, Necessary Condition Analysis (NCA), Importance–Performance Map Analysis (IPMA), and Path Coefficient assessment.

Your detailed online lectures, which we can watch repeatedly to strengthen conceptual clarity and resolve queries, have been extremely beneficial. I also truly appreciate the opportunity to raise further questions either personally or through the research group whenever required.

Thank you once again, Sir, for your continuous support and guidance.
