Looking for Gaskin's StatTool file

Dear members, 

Youtube video by Neeraj on AMOS-28. Convergent and Discriminant Validity of Higher Order Construct using Gaskin's StatTool file greatly helped me understand the tool and how I can report it in my article, thank you.  However, when  I visited Gaskination's StatWiki to download the Stats Tools Package Excel file, the link is not working. 

I bumped into the desired Excel file on Research Gate, but a few tests and options within the existing test seem missing. 

Requesting members to share Gaskin's StatTool excel file, if any of you have it. Thank you in advance
