Sir and Group Members

In my previous  email, by mistake i wrote main text of email in subject line, as i was writing on phone, though generally in use laptop.

My question on  Anova, was answered by Neeraj Sir but i need to clarify my doubt

Doubt:  I watched a video by Neeraj sir titled "Bivariate Analysis One way ANOVA Part-1 Levene, Anova, Welch and Post hoc Analysis in SPSS" , in which ratio scale data was used
If i have questionnaire on  likert scale or likert type ( responses : Strongly agree to Strongly Disagree),
1. Can i use Anova test
2. If yes, Assumptions of normality, Homogeneity of variance etc will be applicable or not
3. if applicable , will be use same process to check like KS test,Levene test etc

please reply

regards

Dear Pankaj
Here're my inputs to your queries:
1. Yes, take the sum of construct and use that as DV
2. You can leave checking Normality but do go for the assumption of Homogeneity of Variance.
3. The ANOVA combination is Levene + ANOVE/Welch + Post-hoc analysis (Tukey/Games Howell)
Best wishes
