Successfully defended my PhD Viva-voce

Respected Neeraj Sir and other esteemed members of the group,

It gives me immense pleasure to share that I have successfully defended my PhD Viva voce on 21st February 2023 and the degree got awarded to me on 8th April 2023 from NIT, Prayagraj. My research area relates to the Goods and Service Tax Network in India.
I express my gratitude towards respected Neeraj sir and all of you for your appreciable support and guidance in my PhD journey. It was not possible to complete this journey with efficiency and self-satisfaction without the invaluable support of experts of this group.

The learning has just begun so I will keep asking and learning from all the respected group members.

Seeking blessings to learn more and be intellectually capable enough to contribute from my end to the research world.

These are the questions which were asked during my PhD Viva:

1. State the relevance of your study.

2. Justify the research methodology.

3. Why this combination of Research Methodology 

4. Describe the limitations.

5. Can you suggest implications related to GST for academicians?

6. As per your interpretation of the findings, what can be done to improve the user-friendliness of the GST portal for the users?

7. As you mentioned the taxation policy and norms from ancient times wrt Arthshastra, Manu Smriti etc; how these can be reinforced to justify and ensure the proper taxation policy in India?

8. How will GST as Indirect Taxation System will affect Direct Taxation in India? Is it favourable or not, elaborate?

9. What recommendation would you like to give to the Government which shall improve the entire taxation system in India? 

10. State the further scope of the study.
