I Sweta Jain has now got her PhD degree from Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi in the field of HR/OB. 

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for your excellent YouTube videos and the Faculty Development Program (FDP) sessions, which I have had the privilege to attend 2-3 times. These learning experiences were instrumental in enabling me to write both my research papers and my thesis.

I would like to thank all the estemeed members of this group for your constant support throughout my PhD journey. Dataanalysisgroup has been extremely helpful in providing resources and guidance. I am truly grateful to be part of such a supportive community.

Heartiest Congratulations!

I am so happy that you've received the highest degree of the land.

You've achieved a milestone in your career, and it must have been a long journey. 

You must take some rest now. and have a great time with your family.
