Respected Neeraj Sir and other members,
I have some doubts regarding SEM in smartpls.
1. when SEM analysis (including Mediation analysis) is performed, is there separate process for running the mediation analysis or it is already performed by the smartpls when we run SEM (bootstrapping).

2. I have some hypotheses related to direct effect and some related to indirect effect. So, how should I report the mediation analysis. Whether I Have to add two different tables for structural model and mediation analysis and what should I include (i.e., total effect, indirect effect, specific indirect effect.)
 Please guide me.

Thanks

Neeraj Kaushik

Dear Pankaj
Here are my inputs:
1. The complete model as a whole is run always (never in parts). Hence, all analysis will be there in one go (Bootstrapping).
So, there is no separate process for mediation.
2. The same analysis will give all direct, indirect, and specific indirect effects.
For reporting Mediation results, plz use the Hair (2016) flowchart
