Doubt regarding categorical moderation for performing MGA

Dear Group Members,

I am currently working on data analysis for my thesis. The model in my study includes 7 IDVs, 1 mediator, 1 DV and 1 categorical moderator with 3 categories.

I have completed the measurement model assessment and successfully established the reliability and validity of the constructs. At this stage, I did not include the moderator in the model.

However, for structural model assessment, I need your guidance on whether to include the categorical moderator or not while assessing the significance and relevance of structural model relationships. Or is it recommended to include the moderator at the stage of performing MGA?

Your guidance in this matter will be very valuable in proceeding with my data analysis.
