Good evening to all respected members,
I need clarification regarding mediation (t-values) in SmartPLS 4.
My research topic is - to analyze the relationship between role stress and well-being (organizational commitment, job satisfaction and happiness)... and I am studying the effect of coping as a mediator and employment type as a moderator.

While checking direct and indirect effects (using SmartPLS 4- consistent bootstrapping results), p-values show that effect is significant (<.05).... but t-values are also showing 0.00 values (for each relation)... screen shot is attached herewith...
kindly guide me what this means ???

Thanks in advance
Rupinder Kaur

Dear Scholar,
Chk ur bootstrapping results.
These are NA, means these are not computed.
Chk ur model again and re-run it.
Something is missing.
There should be some value in sample mean and standard deviation.
Thanks and regards
Apeksha

Thanks Dr Apeksha for your reply
I tried running the model again... but it is giving same answers under - Consistent Bootstrapping option
I tried checking from internet also. and it is mentioned on SmartPLS site that sometimes this problem occurs.
It is suggested to open model ECSI and run with 98 observations (screen shot attached).
I tried this solution (ran ECSI model with 98 observations), but it is also giving same n/a kind of values (screen shot attached).
Kindly guide if someone has the solution to this.

Regards,
Rupinder Kaur

Dear Rupinder
I advise you to use Regular PLS instead of consistent PLS.
Best wishes
Neeraj
