Hi DI Team!

Been using the product for a couple of days, and just so excited for this!

Just wanted to key you into some unexpected behavior I found:

DI-grid-issue.png

So here I'll try to describe my pathway:
  1. I want to use SF weather data to make a stylized box-without-whiskers plot.
  2. I created a skinny rectangle, and placed a circle over it. Then I grouped the two.
  3. I used the repeat function to bind the rect+circle group to each day in the data.
  4. The 365 rows was too many to see at once, so I only used the repeat function for the 31 days of January.
  5. Then, I selected the rect+circle group and adjusted its width. Then I went into the circle and adjusted its height to match the new, skinnier width.
  6. The next time I tried to use the repeat grid handles to expand my repeated box-without-whiskers to include February, the grid broke into a second row. I used the right handle to expand the grid to the right, and not the bottom handle. I included the error messages in the image, if that helps. I've included two instances of the behavior in attached pngs.
Best,
Patrick

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for providing this detailed report. We are able to reproduce this bug, and will try to fix it.

Best,
