Hi
when I use some packages like pcadapt, or programs such  as BayeScan or Arlequin the name SNP in output file get lost and instead I have the SNP names as 1, 2, 3, 4, ...... etc.
For example if my first SNP name is "46407742-48-C/G" then in output file is "1".
it is especially important fro selecting outlier SNPs. I want to be sure that the order 1, 2, 3, ....., n in ouput file is the order of SNPs in input file (in gl, gi or structure format)
I appreciate if you let me know how can I keep the names.
Many Thanks

Hi Farhad,

We can probably look at this on a case by case bases. Can you indicate which dartR script you are using, and provide an example of the desired input file to your external package.

Thank you so much
I use gl2bayescan() and gl2 structure()
