Hi all,

Is there any way to determine the volume of the cells within a dagmc.h5m file? For instance, in the DAGMC file, is there some way to extract the volume in cm^3 of a given volume ID?

Thanks,
Kevin

Hello Kevin,

Jon Shimwell as created this tool: https://github.com/shimwell/dagmc_volume_finder

I had hoped to make some python bindings for that tool but have not quite got around to finishing it yet. It can find the volumes if compiled and you might need to change the hard coded paths in the Makefile. Sorry for the lack of docs.

All the best

Jon
