dadi-cli optimization method

Hi all,

Is it possible to change the optimization method in dadi-cli? I have found that "optimize_lbfgsb" works well with 1D data but I can't seem to find any way to choose it using dadi-cli.

Hello Panagiotis,

There is not currently a way to specify the optimization method in dadi-cli. If you use the Python scripting, you certainly can.
