We are doing some test with dsiprouter behind a firewall with full DMZ to it's internal ip,
and doing PBX Hosting - Pass Thru Authentication to a PBX on the same LAN.

I can register an extension, but when try to make a call SDP show's the internal IP of the Asterisk, and get no audio.

Asterisk is a plain asterisk with 
supportpath=yes 
activated

Any suggestion about what i'm doing wrong?

checking the rtpengine conf

changed to

interface = LOCALIP!PUBLICIP

and now is running ok

echo test running, but 
extension to extensions calls fail with 404 not found

But kamailio location seems fine

 172.20.0.253 is SBC IP
172.20.0.1 is Asterisk IP

Was this bug ever patched? I believe I'm running into the same issue on version 0.641.

So, this was fixed in 0.65, but we haven’t released it yet.  We are doing a 0.642 release this week ans was thinking about back porting this fix since 0.65 has a lot of changes which is why it’s taking so long to release
