Nicolas Registration Information - Require Your Confirmation for Not Providing NOC to Supertech for increasing FAR

Dear all

 

We are on a Signing campaign in Nicolas Tower for Supporting of Not Providing any NOC to Supertech. Further several Residents have already signed the document in Support of not providing the same. We requrest all of you to stand together in this Support & Fight against the Builder.

  Further those who are unavailable in the tower due to either Residing elsewhere or being on a tour out of station can request us to provide the Format for Non Support of Providing NOC to Supertech and could Scan sign and attach and send it to us on the email. Asap.

Dear Umeshji

 We understand that Several Flat Owners are residing elsewhere as such any decesion for Nicolas I tower needs an Information to all the Residents of Nicolas I and also advice and suggestions from each one of you is mandatory. Further we had witnessed in the past that only a few are taking decisions on behalf of Our Flats which is not acceptable and in future any one commits on our behalf any decesion will be sued under Indian Penal Code by way of incurring damages without taking our suggestions and decesion.

We will shortly circulate the Format matter online to all of you and request all of you to Scan ,sign and send the same back to us asap.
