unable to update KEGG in cluego plugin

Good morning to all  administrators and  cytoscape  community.

hope every body in good condition,

I am can be consider as new user of cystoscope, currently in process to do functional analysis for my miRNA target genes using cluego plug in. when i do ontologies update, i had experience unable to update KEGG. the cystoscope come with sign as stated in attached file.

any advice form expert here? you reply pertaining to this matter is really appreciated

Can you try again?  I'm not having any problems getting to https://rest.kegg.jp/get/hsa00541.  Can you get to that URL from a web browser?  If so, you may want to see if you need to set up any proxies.

Dear scooter, thank you very much for your kind reply, I did search the link provided in the web browser. yes it can link to that pathway data. I didn't notice any proxies warning from my computer.  I did discuss this with my colleague here, even though we try to update on his desktop, we are still facing a similar problem. However percentages of the updating process close to 100% before similar signs come out as i mentioned previously. According to him, the server might be too busy to supply input to the cytoscape. I will try it during the weekend where most of us do not use it.
