Would you please help me what I did wrong and how can I manually set font size for a node's label?
Thank you so much.
Best wishes,
Farah

Thank you so much Alex for your great help. I could understand what is the problem, and I am so excited that finally I could make my desired network. I thought "display name" of the String nodes are the label nodes, and I could not change the colour, size, and font of these nodes names. Only node size is inactive in my style panel (I do not know why). So, what I did, I added a label with the same name as its display name for each node. Then, I could modify the colour, size, font, and... for each node label. I just could not find how I can remove display names from the network (as I wanted to replace them with node labels now), that is why I removed them manually from the "display name" column in Table Panel.Best wishes,Farah

Try these steps:1. Open the sample session file: Yeast Perturbation.cys2. Select RAP13. Go to Style tab4. Click on Bypass field for Label Font Size and enter 100Do you get the same as this screenshot? If yes, then perhaps there is something strange in your other CYS file. Can you share it? If no, then there is something broken in your Cytoscape. Try disabling all apps. If it still fails, then try reinstalling the latest version.
