Strange Menu Behaviour

Hello!

Love Cytoscape but found this weird menu behaviour - at different times the menu shows the same parameters in different places - encountered this when tried to automate image export - can you please comment if this is avoidable?I am using version 3,2,1

Well, the first advice would be to update to the latest Cytoscape :)  You are now many versions behind and we are constantly fixing bugs and adding features. Updating won’t break any of your existing apps.

I don’t see this happening in the latest version.

Thanks for super fast reply - can you confirm the FileWatcher app will work with the latest version?

I can confirm that FileWatcher installs in the latest Cytoscape. You'll have to try it out in your particular use-case to ensure that it still works.

Thank you David - I noticed not all connections are reloaded with this addon - had to automate it via external macro
