Multiple EnrichmentMap - custom palette?

Hi all,

I'm creating an EnrichmentMap with 8 groups. I have a colour scheme for each of the classes. Is there a way in the Cytoscape GUI to assign user-defined colours for each of the EMaps?

I see a few colour palettes from ColorBrewer in the Style panel on the left, and a "Fill" palette chooser in the AutoAnnotate Display viewer on the right. But not sure how to use these to achieve my goal.

I'm using Cytoscape 3.10.3 and Enrichment Map 3.5.0.

Hi Shraddha, 

Are you trying to define the colour of eight datasets?

In the EM panel under options there is the ability to set the colours manually - is that what you have already found?

Alternately you can also change through Cyrest using the command - enrichmentmap dataset color

Hi Ruth,

Thanks, "Change Colours" did the trick.

Also I didn't realize I had to set Chart Data in the Style panel to, "Color by dataset". 

I can see the custom colours now.
