the new openscad cannot scad source file

i'm front of one problem that i don't understand, 

i try to open scade files with openscad and i cannot see anything as a shape or other.

do you have any information regarding that please?

Dear Carlos

in the file i found this recommendation OpenScad (>= 2014.05.31)

i download the latest OPENSCAD 2019 and i cannot even i copy and past the link.

i don't understand.

i'm really interreseted to build one, i have alredy all electronique (moteur stepper, arduino uno with cnc shield, driver, cable etc...) 

i try to see all parts with openscad to try to understand parts and maybe to change some frame.

believe me, i cannot see anything with new openscade, maybe the new one get some upgrade of the language?

Hi, it seems to be working OK for me with the latest version of OpenScad.

Please make sure to download the full repository with the same directory structure, then open the Cyclone.scad file from its own folder.

What do you mean by "i cannot even i copy and past the link."?
