Parinfer v3 update

Hi everyone,

A few people have been anxiously awaiting the new v3 of Parinfer which I promised a while ago and have asked how it’s going. I’m actively working on it, but there are still some bugs we’re working through which currently make it pretty painful to use (#174, #176, #177). As soon as these are fixed and not replaced with other bugs, I’ll get a dev build out.

One other thing I should say - I’m very happy with the way the integration is working out, it fixes several of the worst problems in the way it works currently, in particular occasionally breaking code and also reformatting code when only opening and viewing a file. Once the kinks are worked out I think it will be very nice indeed.
