Hello All,

First and foremost, thank you so much for your amazing work on the Terra workflow for cellranger mkfastq and count. They have been incredibly helpful.

I recently tested the new cellranger annotate command (available in cellranger 9.0), and it worked pretty well. I wanted to reach out to see if you were considering adding this command to the existing Terra workflow.

Hello Francesco,

It seems this cellranger annotate feature requires having Cloud token from 10x cloud platform, and may involve 10x cloud for the computation. Since our workflows are designed for doing the computation work locally on cloud instances, it's hard to embed this feature.

Please let me know if you have any better idea to include it. Otherwise, we'll have to disable it in our workflow.
