Corinne and I will be away in Tasmania.

I can send out an e-mail with the movie list tomorrow night but is there someone who is willing to be the point of contact/organiser for deciding what to go see and dinner arrangements?

It looks like Dune 2 at 7:30 at Chadstone 

We could meet at the Hoyts ticket queue at 7:15 pm or come earlier for dinner at Nandos Chadstone from 6:30 pm.
