We are planning to conduct Q4 supply chain experience sharing meeting 18th -19th September 2017 at Adden Palace Hotel. Please let us prepare our presentation based on;
1.Total number of facilities using pharmacy module database.
2.Total number of facilities producing pharmacy module R&R.(Come with R&R copy)
3.Elmis implementation status
4.Order fill rate using tracer commodities(pharmacy and lab) please use excel tool template( attachment-1)
5.Lab staff to present details from laboratory form( see attachment -2,on EQA part as the results are not out please indicate number of sample received and number of facility responded)
6.Number of facilities received supportive supervision and mentoring on supply chain issues.(CTC…..PMTCT…….)
7.Number of Facilities where drug audits was conducted by CHMTs.
8.RTK submission from facilities.
9.Number of facilities reported on ILS gateway( July and August)
10.Achivements.
11.Challenges and way forward

noted ....but i think it will be easier to some of us if you send also the invitation letter and the list of participants like you always do otherwise it might be very difficult to be permitted to attend the meeting
