Action Plan - Quarterly Supply Chain management Meeting; March, 2017 Mwanza Region

Kindly, Refer our supply chain meeting conducted in March, 2017 at Aden Palace Hotel; Attached are the attached Action Plan and the Regional Supply Chain (Road Map) Strategic Plan as agreed during the meeting.

 

Apart from this email, there were other documents which were shared after the meeting to assist in some of your works, including;

·         RTKs – Monthly Monitoring Template

·         Laboratory template to be used during supply chain management meetings

·         R&R for OIs medicines for Gap Filling Mechanism

 

At this point, I think you are in the position to start responding some of the issues pointed out in the Action Plan…

 

The regional supply chain strategic plan statuses will be updated and shared in every quarterly supply chain meeting.
