Voting by show of hands- virtual AGM

Dear Members,

Is there any bar on voting by show of hands in a AGM which is held through VC. The Company is a Private Limited Company with less than 50 shareholders.

Dear member.,

There is no bar in voting by show of hands. The Chairman of the meeting should request the shareholders to raise their hands while approving the resolution. 

Thereafter the Chairman has to say that those shareholders who dissent has to identify themselves by taking their name and raise their hands.

Thereafter the Chairman has to announce the result that the resolution is passed unanimously or by majority.
