Query regarding MGT-9

Dear Members,

Kindly Guide, Is MGT-9 required to be prepared for the F.Y. 2020-21.

Or we just have to give a link of the Annual Return for the Company's having a Website.

What about Company's not having websites?

Referring to MCA Notification dated 28/08/2020-

"Provided that a company shall not be required to attach the extract of

the annual return with the Board's report in Form No. MGT.9, in case
the web link of such annual return has been disclosed in the Board's
report in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 92 of the Companies
Act, 2013."

Hi, we have attached MGT-9 for all our companies.

its clearly mentioned right for Companies having website it is not required( in any other case we have to, as per my knowledge)
